Not gonna pester mama to try and get a better pic, but have some just born yesterday baby jellybeans. (If you want to experience tiny kittens IRL, I strongly recommend fostering or volunteering! Please spay/neuter your pets, there are too many homeless kittens born every year.)

Focused time with the animals - so not just the daily care, but spending actual focused time playing with them. And watching the media I take in. If I'm already stressed, I need to watch how much snark and how many hot takes I interact with.
