On April 9th, 2024, it was my mom’s birthday. It would be her last here on earth. Her friend brought her several of these cactus. She passed 19 days later. I gave all but one away. I watered it once in May before I left. I just got to her room and it has bloomed. I love you mom. I miss you terribly🕊️
