Hopefully they collected the money and then left right after. Like at his rallies.

A convicted felon? Countenance is international I suppose.

IMO the onus is on audiences to transport themselves back in time like we do for any dated movie. We shouldn't recon our disapproval just because special effects have caught up to Lucas' decades of tinkering. I still hope the original Star Wars is available to own someday.

She's the general election Democrat so by all means vote for her. Please. But you ran her unopposed and she's as blue dog as they come. I.e blames progressives for moderates losing to conservatives. Just know your situation, Virginia. Don't complain later.

I see. Well, only so much can be said on social media. But it involves organizing, consensus, hardware training, security/intel, physical conditioning/exercise courses and more. Your state likely has a militia website that outlines the main topics. I'd like to see this being considered, offline.

My history book said nothing about capitulating indefinitely. Also, bullies back down when you stand up. They get worse when you don't. Tell me, what's the solution when they move on from people with the wrong color to people with the wrong politics? Will the history lessons be learned by then?

Citizen militias, who else?

They didn't end Biden's presidency to keep reporting on boring, old democracy.

Probably for the same reason this disappeared from the news cycle within 24 hours. Can't expect honest foxes when they have access to the hen house. www.vox.com/world/2017/6...

Corporate Democrats were invited to speak at this? We're not gonna change the program at all, are we?

"But saying the two parties are the same is just ridiculous."

Can you post a link when it's up?

We just talk about not poking the bear. I'm not sure there is a bar. I think it's pacifism or bust sadly. Waiting to hear different.

Makes you wonder about his "feud" today with Trump, no?

It usually comes in the Charmin wrap. But at least they got it since, you know, they evacuated.

They're part of the global oligarchy running the show, not outside observers. But awesome meme.

✋️ Oligarchy told 'em to behave for the duration. Duration's over.

1. AOC cuddled up to Dems during & b4 Biden, including Gaza. She has circled back around to reconnect w populism now that she's in line. It's a con. 2. Same w KJP. Biden's over. It's easy to separate now, duh. 3. The corpos are playing us again w 1 &2. Ping me when the grassroots is awake to this.

What if Maine secedes to join Canada and it goes by both names?

They don't care about defending anything. And it's already unpeaceful.

You get what you vote for. Including when you vote for corporate Democrats who pass rules like this to virtue signal certain items but choose to avoid maximal commitments to democracy, damaging the party and costing elections that lead to reversals. Student loans are another example.

Complete con as usual. He's been a Russian asset since 1987 and this changes nothing. This is just a good cop statement for the press.

Further crippling public education with a move like this is killing two birds with one stone for them. Which, if you pay close attention, they do quite regularly.
comment in response to post
You didn't notice them ending Biden's presidency last year to get this back?
comment in response to post
💯. That's why blue voters need to understand that overthrowing their own state government would likely be a preliminary part of the solution.

Funny how they're kneeling to the king of failed "businesses."

Won't someone think of the corporations?

Oh this isn't the first time Pelosi has intervened. Ask Katie Porter, who's now out of Washington entirely, just like the oligarchy wanted.

Nothing has been said about Nexflix financing future seasons like HBO used to, which is essential for the show to continue, nor about distribution for a given contract period (also part of their old HBO deal). By all appearances this is just a distribution deal for the next season, 56.

Why are you linking to for-profit media? I come to NPR for *non-profit* news. Wtf?

Corporate media ended Biden's presidency to get this back. It makes perfect sense they'd feed us small, seemingly unrelated portions to maximize profit. The shock and awe doesn't work if we're not shocked and awed.
comment in response to post
So the presidency joined the ranks of Congress?

Good news I guess? He's an ex-cop, is being congratulated by several Republicans including his opponent (who conceded amazingly), this is Nebraska and the election was about local issues.

Well yeah, the donor class isn't bankrolling librarians.

Unfortunately it's unclear if that means they should go left or go right. Unfortunately it's also weird.
comment in response to post
Actually they use it to make money. Don't forget, corporate media almost singlehandedly ended Biden's presidency to get this back. They're back at the ol' money trough like it's 2017 again.

She's drawing a line 😂

For now. I'm old enough to remember when corporations "boycotted" Republicans for various "major" transgressions only to reverse them eventually. If Mace = ratings, she'll be back soon enough. Don't you worry.

Good choice. Democracy Now is a non-profit and reporting the news as well. Highly recommended.

Lol they ended Biden's presidency to get this back. They're not afraid. They want their profits. Hopefully that doesn't require too much sacrifice and, if it does, I'm sure front-line journalists will make sumptuous fodder for their media overlords.
