x2go is easier, yes, but does not run OpenGL-accelerated 3D graphics. Napari for instance will not work (or will be veeery slow)

If that's not an option, then you're better off using some local workstation for your processing, or at least the visualization steps (mounting the cluster filesystem remotely, say)

X forwarding won't work. You need some graphics-accelerated remote visualization platform like NICE DCV (proprietary) or OpenOnDemand + VirtualGL (free), and connect through VNC: osc.github.io/ood-document... www.virtualgl.org

Algo que nunca foi a proposta do filme contar. Zero empatia com a história REAL de uma família REAL que teve o pai sequestrado e torturado até a morte. Ainda assim, Marcelo Rubens Paiva nunca disse que a família dele foi a que mais sofreu com a ditadura. Não é sobre isso.

There is a difference between 1) having emotions about the state of the world and 2) trying to convince people that it’s too late to act on climate (a false premise that assumes climate change is pass/fail when it’s a matter of degrees). Impeding climate action is complying in advance.
