Every time I check back in to whats happening in the Windows world I cannot help but wonder why more people haven't ditched it for Linux yet. this isn't meant to read as elitist posturing, more that every design decision MS makes seems to be to see how much more bullshit its users can put up with.

Today ILGA Europe have published the Rainbow Map and rankings. The UK has dropped further in the rankings to number 22 - a drop of 6 places. For context, just 10 years ago the UK was ranked number 1 in Europe on LGBTQ+ rights. Is this the reputation the UK Government to have internationally?

Ditch the entire front bench and all their staff. Hold open leadership elections. Roll back all regressive policy moves on immigration, trans rights, disability rights, benefits, everything. Do Leveson again but good this time. After that, I might consider voting Labour again.

as a semi related thing, at another company I worked at, there was a breif discussion of adding screen reader support to a large application they offered in addition to hardware it was abandonded very quickly upon realising that it would require the entire application to be re-engineered.
