Big picture: Susan Collins has been in the Senate 28 years. She's cast the tie-breaking vote FOR Republicans dozens of times (some examples below) but to my knowledge never been the tie-breaking vote AGAINST a GOP nominee. I'm no statistician but that seems like a meaningful pattern. #MEpolitics
