CW weightloss, diet, food Have been losing weight. So far just over 40 lbs in four years and recently a bit faster: 15+ lbs in the last four months. Important because of sleep apnea and diabetes. Now discovering stretch marks in places I didn’t think you could get them. 😂

It's striking how much more detailed and specific all the leaders are than Pollievre. He's more vague, and uses a lot more slogans than the others, even when they're not really related to the topic. This must work well with an important segment of voters, or maybe it doesn't, and we'll find out.

Our bipolar state doesn’t get very elevated these days (meds + therapy and plural + metaphysical understandings) but when it did we’d come up with aphoristic hashtags (hence #Hashorisms and #HashHow) and one of my favourites is #WorshipAtTheAltarOfEnough This is so sad.
