If I got in an accident tomorrow and broke my hip, I'd need a walker. That wouldn't have any relevance to whether or not I can still do my fucking job.

Work requirements are a zombie idea that never dies trotted out even though they do not work either to better target resources, or to encourage labor force participation. I think you did well! I would say to always include the medium used for art, and you can also add significance to alt text after describing what it is. For example including that it's a traditional Anishinaabe art style helps people find, familiarize, and better conceptualize!
