If the Dems are ever so fortunate as to regain the Federal Executive: arrest and immediately expel him to South Africa, and summarily seize ALL of his US-connected assets. Remove his standing to sue in US courts.

Except that the 2nd Amendment does not actually confer an individual right to possess firearms. That’s a deliberate misinterpretation by fascist judges. None other than Nixon’s own Warren Burger was scathing about this fraud.
Unlike the 2nd, the 14th Amendment is unequivocal.

We inherited our current paradigm of TV & radio journalism from a time when news reporting on these networks was a loss leader dictated by the requirement for government licensing. The Internet has destroyed that paradigm. Only Congressional action can fix it. I would argue it’s now too late.
