I'm writing this on a 19 year-old laptop that I pulled out of my pile to see if this new LINUX OS would work right-out of the box. It did. I just had to charge the battery and set the time. You may have an old computer or laptop to use yourself or give to a needy friend wo wants to get online. TBC
