The fact that transphobes seem unable to accept that reason one is just as applicable to transpeople as it is to anyone else (because everyone deserves bodily autonomy) is stupid, but the fact that institutions can't seem to see that reason two applies as well is mind-boggling to me

Tl;dr: it’s a bit hard to say to a new patient at a gender clinic “we need to proceed slowly to ensure womanhood is right for you” when she has D cups and a vagina at her first appointment.

It won’t work. WE, the actual Sisters of Dorley, and the equivalent networks for trans guys, will help our sisters get healthcare that the NHS won’t provide.
They can’t stop us. We know how to find each other. We know how to get oestrogen.
And even if you have to go abroad, there will be SRS.
