I’m also working on Bird Herd! I think I posted a pic of it recently. I love Bird Herd, but THIS one is so fun!

They are! I’m starting the Freak for the Beak next….as soon as I finish my elephant.

My sewing/making room is upstairs, and I like to have options for what to do when I’m in that room. My downstairs project (the elephant cross stitch) is on a Lowery Workstand in the living room, where I hang out with my husband and dog. That way I don’t have to move my project from room to room. 😄

They really are! It’s Danish Flower Thread, which is really nice to stitch with.

So true. Hearing aids have helped a lot, but I still find myself reading lips. And always closed caption when watching TV!

I used to stitch one at a time, but I currently have three that I’m actively stitching.

It’s quite possible it’s 16 ct. I didn’t make a note of it on the pattern, and I’m definitely not going to count it now 😂 Either way, I really like the look of three threads!

Too bad you can’t remove the photo that shows up with this post.

Hi Lauren!! I do believe the sewalong for this quilt is where we first connected! That was a fun sewalong!

I’m just trying to finish all the things. So. Many. Things.
