Oh I don’t think I have any better control! Today was an anxiety day for me too. If you ever want to meditate with a group we meet Wednesdays at 9 a.m. Eastern on Zoom. 🙏🏻

Ugh just someone saying “your president” makes me cringe. I’m so sorry for Canada and Mexico. We will get through this.

Ugh. One of my family is a federal worker too. Praying-and protesting for all to f them. Take care of yourself.❤️ Don’t let them win.

Feel those feels. You’re not alone. What keeps me going is knowing they want me miserable. I refuse to let them have that. We should all get together and have Zoom cocktails, conversation and crafts!

I've read Practical Magic - but not the series - and no, I haven't read A Tale for the Time Being either! Thank you! These are great suggestions!

I love this advice. Self-care is so important. Mine involves yoga, tarot, runes, journaling, dancing, reading and knitting. Meditation is a big part of my self-care too. I've started a little group that meets on Zoom every Wednesday. Midweek Meditation!

That would be so cool! The deck is by Kelly Burton. She did a series of Bee based decks as well. I love her work.

For herbs: lemon balm, basil, rosemary, cilantro, parsley. I have a big bed of mint. Also planting some yarrow. Veg: potatoes, tomatoes, cukes, zukes, melon, bush beans, beets, carrots, butternut squash. I have garlic in & raspberry bushes and strawberries. I can't wait to get into the dirt!

I love Lilith energy. I also appreciate Freya. My weekly card for this week is The Falcon of Freya from the Mystic Auger and Sage deck. Beautiful.

Yes! And I just shared Microactivism with our little group. I taught my kids the same and I have to say that they each do activism a little differently - and I'm not sure they'd say are activists - but they live their values that's for sure!

Those are really good ideas. I do a body scan meditation as well. It has taught me where I hold stress.

I hope they have to reply to the "five things I did this week" letter - because I doubt it will be detaining vast numbers of people illegally attempting to cross the border.

Smacks of his first presidency where he said there were "good people on both sides" of the Charlottesville disaster where neonazis marched and people were killed. 🤦♀️
