The Cold War never ended, yet somehow the US still lost.

That said, seeing how i worded this, i dont mean to sound critical -- being confusing from a new or outsider perspective isnt a reason i dismiss something, just that i dont know and am taking my time and picking my battles

The Road, pg 10 Read this ~15 yrs ago and I relate it to AI at least once every handful of times I see whatever horror it is being made to pursue.

It can work, but simple reliance on it is exploitable

(Speaking as a person who has felt used as a moderate case to convince such ppl) the ppl you are describing still exist in an info silo designed to push them to use such moderate cases as a measuring stick to judge anyone more "extreme" It plays into the game, too often, in my xp

I mean, when I look around, would you want to govern us? Can we really blame them??

Cant speak for Japan, but i did study abroad in both China and South Korea, delivery service was ubiquitous. 30 yr old roommate said it had been that way in Busan his entire life. Idk how well treated, but it didnt seem to create herpetic word-lesions like this guy's?

I'd hazard they know the root of American legal philosophy better than any movement in US history, in fact: Money. Have enough, and you will get what you want eventually.

As a former driver for lots of things (during my first year teaching btw, to make ends meet), other drivers were some of the nicest ppl I'd met. It became like a laboratory with no walls, where these companies purposefully grew talking mold like the image above, they knew and dgaf

Not to correct, just to be fair tho, it just blew the bandaid off the festering wounds Other places have had these services since phones were invented, and they dont talk like this mfer lol

This isnt even getting into what it is doing to certain corners of academics. People who may otherwise be considered experts are being seduced into intellectual corners they think they are resisting. I realize how I sound but in 5 yrs, AI could probably kill entire disciplines and methodologies.

I get that all sounds like doing taxes to many (espec Deck's linux) but i bet its a bigger impact on liveliness of a consumer community than many realize that generates interest and sales

What's its tinkerability under the hood, i wonder? A huge selling point of Deck and prior ROG and Legion Go, you can step out of gaming mode and, say, mod games and apps, install emulators (legally), customize look, etc

That said! I support businesses who, say, promise percent of profits to go toward whatever the topic is (say, proceeds to a trans mental health hotline) But if its just "buy our cheap rainbow dog box"...

I just mean CEOs as a general class are like this. Participation in Pride, and other social topics, is strategic and kept retractable on purpose

The fact Democrats just didnt fucking bother interrogating Republicans, publicly, is directly relevant to why we are where we are.

I have multiple degrees on the subject carved into my brain, but theory aint leadership We will recognize real leaders when they break thru the noise by sheer force of humanity, and then the FBI is trying to kill them

"Ahhh, an elaborate book that explains what the left needs/should do" is not leadership Social media is not leadership Doing praxis is not leadership Becoming a millionaire is most fucking definitely not leadership

Yglesias is bankrolled, or is trying to be bankrolled, by republican dark money, while still enjoying the petit boug status of a democratic. My mind cannot be swayed from this. He would act no differently than he now does.
