One thing I missed that Jess draws attention to is that the court very explicitly refers to pregnancy--that is, to gestational capacity--as the measure of womanhood, in order to exclude trans women from the category. Well. What else is there to say? There you go. Now we all know what a woman is.

First off you should appeal that the Section 35 order against the GRR Bill be repealed. It exists on the basis that GRA changes would affect the reserved Equality Act. That argument is now comprehensively sunk, so the order should be quashed.

If a cis woman is perceived to be a man and doesn't have relevant documents (for example they are a refugee). They can now legally be barred from using a female space. Women's Rights have been set back about 60 years today in the UK.
