You just need to let go of what you believe to be necessary in a movie, Alec. You need to look at the crumbs that woman gives the world as flecks of acting gold. If you let her do her nothing, she'll give you so little in return and all you gotta do is applaud. She's perfect and she's pretty.

I'm so glad you get it, Ian. I've been trying to explain to Alec that what little she offers is part of her allure. I genuinely love seeing her on screen just barely delivering her lines. The more bored Dakota Johnson looks in a movie, the happier I am that she's there. Alec does not see it.
