There is a common enemy in Liurnia, a magic version of Giant Miranda Sprout, which can use a Star Shower spell when attacked, and this is a spell that requires 24 Intelligence to cast. Which apparently makes this magic cactus smarter than me, the Chosen Tarnished and would-be Lord of Frenzied Flame.
