The wildest moment of this for me was when Rev2 dropped and some Slayer players were complaining they hadn't overhauled his combo system so they didn't have any new combos to practice.

Hmm, not sure what's going on there. It works for me. Maybe this will work for you?

I also support trying Musk for treason, if the state can gather enough evidence. That would do far more than stripping a citizenship he can live without, and would not set a harmful precedent for hurting our own people. Endangering the citizenship of our people is not something I will ever support.

As such, I signed this petition today, in favour of banning Twitter in Canada, and I encourage you to do the same. The criminality and foreign interference of this hostile-controlled propaganda machine cannot be ignored. you.leadnow.ca/petitions/ba...

They've been able to spread this scapegoating through early movements like Stormfront occupying 4chan, but also later movements like abusing social media algorithms favouring outrageous content. For their part, foreign social media companies have actively courted and encouraged it for profitability.

Right wing extremists have made gains by giving a scapegoat to the fact that everyone can plainly see: most peoples' lives have gotten steadily and measurably worse over the last 20 years. Everything is much more expensive, services are worse, wages have not made adequate gains, and so on.

We need to ensure that in protecting our country we protect what's actually good about it, and one of those things is the sanctity of citizenship. This proposed law is in the vein of the Patriot Act after 9/11. Rights encroachment in the name of security is the tool of the enemy.

Now I certainly know how I'd react to that. It's not hard to imagine our government facing public demand for an extreme response to such threats, leading to full blown McCarthyism. It's not hard to imagine this citizenship-stripping law being applied to innocent people accused of treason.

If it's the case that he's committed treason (which is plausible), then we should be pushing to try him for treason, not polling the citizenry about whether he deserves his citizenship. I object to the extrajudicial petition as the means of doing this. We have legal ways of handling treason.

I'm not a legal expert, but I think I made an error. Treason stopped being a capital crime in 1976. I mistakenly thought treason was an exception that simply hadn't been enacted for a long time.

If you are a citizen of a country, then you have certain rights in accordance with that. If the citizenship is easily revoked, then you functionally do not have those rights. The reason I bring up the charge of treason is that it's a capital crime, and would require a burden of proof etc.

Part of what's so incredibly vile about the current American administration is the injustices being thrust on their own citizens, including, in some cases, trying to revoke those very citizenships themselves. It says that it has no responsibility to its people.

I discovered today you can cancel directly into throw without the FDC, which eliminates the biggest weakness of this setup. You can see an example of it in a different setup here: bsky.app/profile/lofo...

there are so many snide things i want to say about said people, but to be honest it really bums me out that they were more interested in tearing down my ideas than exploring and building on them. if we'd worked on these setups together a couple years ago as a community, imagine where we'd be now

This example is to show how to use it with a weaker knockdown and uses knife to cover for voice set B being too fast to make easy setups. In ideal conditions with voice set B and a meter knockdown like the original vid, it's even better because now there are no execution risks on the throw OS.
