I don't know what you said, but most people complaining Arsenal haven't signed anyone are saying Liverpool already made 3 signings. As long as you keep the same criteria of what you consider a done signing for every clubs that's fine
comment in response to post
You can watch him at the Euro u21 playing for France at the moment.
comment in response to post
As long as you keep the same energy when talking about Liverpool signings

I'm the opposite

I'm sure doping is ground for contract termination
comment in response to post
Yeah it's now official. We better get all the strikers ready early

Crazy if true
comment in response to post
Most friendly games are more competitive than that
comment in response to post
And they should be a man down
comment in response to post
Why is he not saying the same about Liverpool?
comment in response to post
Is he on a mission to fill the team with left backs?
comment in response to post
it's the age at the start of the qualification that count

We can't let them get Barcola

Since when is ICE allowed to arrest American citizen?

They backed out because they realised he's older than 23
comment in response to post
Because the other 50% will come from other ways

Yes he played for them, but he wasn't from their academy. I think Ben Arfa was also playing for Rennes at the time we played them. I remember him talking about Emery
comment in response to post
Rennes only qualified for the champions league once in 2020
comment in response to post
What is more crazy is that they are owned for more than 25 years by the 3rd richest french person (more than twice richer than Kronke). The club could be ultra competitive, but it's not the model they have chosen and they make money by selling their best players.
comment in response to post
But the description of the academy sounded like Rennes. That's where Doué was, but also Dembele, Camavinga, and Matthys Tel. They also had Doku and Raphina but not from the academy as they arrived older. If you go back further Wiltord, M'Vila, Silvestre and Gourcuff were from the academy too

Hi, good pod as usual. Just a question, was @tim-stillman.bsky.social trying to say Reims or Rennes? Mayulu went to neither as he's from Paris academy, before that he played at Epinay sur seine (where I'm born).
comment in response to post
The craziest thing is that as PSG finally wins the champions league, a lot of L1 clubs are at risk of bankruptcy as there is still no TV rights for next season
comment in response to post
Just FYI, Rennes ( Desiré Doué previous club) is owned by the 3rd richest French person. And that still not enough to compete.

Or just keeping options opened in case we can't reach an agreement for Sesko
comment in response to post
he struggled with a lot of injuries throughout his career, and looks like now that he managed to stay fit he's able to play his best football
comment in response to post
You gonna work for React?
comment in response to post
For Ekitike, we will probably have the same complains we have for Havertz. They are too similar . I can see Havertz and Sesko to be quite complementary and even being able to play together in a 2 strikers system like we did when Odegaard was injured
comment in response to post
A bit like the friendly cup where we were playing Madrid in LA? I wonder how seriously clubs will take it, especially the group stage where they will play against non European teams. It might get serious from the quarter finals only
comment in response to post
There should be a budget limitation to enter conference league, otherwise the team with 100x the median budget will always win
comment in response to post
People who call all non PL leagues farmer leagues, say it's an accomplishment to win a competition where you have to finish 8th in those leagues to qualify to it
comment in response to post
When UEFA created the conference league, they said it was for clubs in smaller countries, not for multi billionaires clubs. Ideally top 5 league club shouldn't participate in it, so that clubs in croatia or Denmark get a chance to win it.
comment in response to post
He was more oil in the engine than final creator this season. Hopefully Zubi arriving might mean Martin will play higher again
comment in response to post
Well Tottenham spent 65M on a new striker, only for another of their player to only have 2 more goal than injured Kai. Buying a striker might not be the obvious solution we think it is
comment in response to post
that's when the trial happened. but the verdict was supposed to be made public in February/March
comment in response to post
Weren't they supposed to release those back in March?
comment in response to post
Media will still say Arsenal is the only team that complain about referees! Media should focus on PGMOL not being fit for purpose
comment in response to post
I think that's only in the league
comment in response to post
I'm scared if we get him that he will be all the time injured...
comment in response to post
But that mean Villa is now 5th. Forrest needs to score
comment in response to post
Well last week they were saying Henderson wasn't DOGSO because Halland was going away from the goal
comment in response to post
Couldn't happen to a better guy. Imagine if Villa doesn't get CL because of that
comment in response to post
Maybe we can sign him as striker
comment in response to post
Imagine if there was a buy obligation to that loan...
comment in response to post
Isn't it because of defamatory comments made more than they don't like him? Saying a club owner is part of the mafia on live tv would put anyone in legal trouble
comment in response to post
Rumour is that Williams is asking for more than that, and we seem to be fine with it
comment in response to post
Spotify has always been a terrible UX for podcasts, but they still manage to make it worse

he should said: "I always win in my second season, and I quit"
comment in response to post
And they finished 5th that season. Not second

And a knives out crossover

Unfortunately they are playing Everton at home
