Question for the Youtube Sleuths. Does watching a video at 2x speed count against watch time? or does it register the same as at 1x? For example if a video is 20 minutes long and you watch it at 2x, does it count as 10 minutes or 20?

Had a horrid train journey back to my city thanks to some drunk sports fans, unsurprisingly, but a kind soul checked in with me to see if I was okay when I was having a panic attack, so, they're the only reason I didn't either breakdown or knock every single drunk out on that train. Thank you.
