I just recently learned how to do it, so I haven't had much time to experiment with it. I think using something that feels roughly the same in my hands helped. A lot of it was about the motion/action so I could possibly do it while pegging.

A lot of vivid imagining and frustration. I tried for at least an hour before I started to get close.
