I have been up on Whidbey Island, and man do I miss the views from when I lived here. It's changed over time but it hasn't been destroyed by growth like Idaho has.

After gaining a couple pounds back, it is time to start up walking 4 miles a day again. That said, I weigh what I did when I was 25 and I'm more than twice as old so "yay me!"

The puppy and I encountered two coyotes on an off-leash walk. She saw them before I did and took off to give chase running under a barbed wire fence in the process. A long blow on my whistle thankfully stopped her pursuit, and she returned, unhurt, to one very relieved owner.
