Sadly it's the Sims, they put everything behind a paywall 😅
Like there are so many packs that should've been included in the base game like seasons for example, how is weather put behind a paywall for a life simulation game is still beyond me 🙈

Maybe that update with the tattoo tool comes in another update really close before the new pack release 🤔
They often do like tuesdays base game update and thursdays new pack release 🤔
