I think I can offer a simple solution for the shortage of artillery in Ukraine. The German company hy impulse is starting to manufacture a new type of space launch system that is very economical.
The material and skills necessary to manufacture these systems is already available in Ukraine.

Saving The human environment will require a global energy resource cheaper than fossil fuels. My 40 megawatt Airborne wind energy system has I believe that potential. It is based mostly on the 1980 patent by miles loyd an engineer who worked at Lawrence Livermore labs.
