No they’re doing something different here.

Set for life? He's a nothing cog in all this, and historically people who work with Trump end in ruins -- even when they are rich before. Just look at Cohen, Giuliani, and Epstein. Trump's the only one who moves up. The Trump admin is the last stop, not a step up.

Damn, that’s even worse because I believe the Twitter debt didn’t go away.

Is this debt from xAI “buying Twitter”?

Remember when google said you could glue cheese to pizza to get it to stay on? Well... it's auto-fill found the most likely text to get something to "stay on" it worked as it was supposed to.

AI giving the "right" answer is a COINCIDENCE. It's a byproduct of fact that most things tend to write on things correctly. But if there was enough websites out there saying a cup is 2 ounces.... Guess what. AI will say that cup is 2 ounces.

This is the type of joke that you quip out when you hear the news, people laugh and it's over. Typing it. I have to see it over and over 😐 It haunts me.

They didn’t care about millions dying during covid, or the 20+ million lives that Musk’s DOGE cuts will cause. They are demons.

I find people are often surprised at how the segmented the Industry is.

Yea I’ve never heard of this rando. I just assumed he had connections to an AI grift company that’s internally realizing theyre doomed unless they gain a lot of hype & get new investors to keep it going (course they’ll have to lie & say they’re doing great which is illegal if they do it hard enough)

AI is a cult and this guy is in it. Just look at his writing filled with thought-terminating cliches. In another world he’d be telling people they “gotta admit Supreme Leader is the chosen one”

Some people would have to pay for it eventually
and they won’t. For it to be continue and be profit it’d have to cost $2-20k a month. And that’s from Sam Altman.

“You can’t be a serious critic if you’re in denial about how useful it is” is the immature & defensive thinking of a fanboy. It’s a Reddit debate bro talking point akin to “you gotta admit Trump was good for the economy or else I won’t listen because you’re not a serious person”

I have no problem with ADUs technically. But buying a house putting up adus then raising rent just to make positive revenue is god awful.

At the current ~6.89% interest rate a government loan of 0% would cut mortgages in half.

That's almost a good idea. I think the biggest problem is that liberals have been so thoroughly brainwashed by conservatives that don't even see that the "progressive" laws are right wing. Subsidies and public affordable housing are the obvious solution that people think is too extreme.

Imagine someone looking at insulin prices rising and saying "It's a supply and demand issue" 😐

Burbank ADU laws provided a lot more studios & 1 bedrooms supply AND demand dropped. Rent prices went up. It's not solely a supply and demand issue. It's multifaceted and being manipulated by greed. It's more similar to Insulin prices than GPU prices.

Free market capitalism is not the answer to the rent crisis. Free market capitalism caused it.

I know, but there's a lot of people who are falling for fake progressive talking points of "It's a supply issue we must stop these draconian regulations and build more! Don't do affordable housing subsidies or rent control. JERST BUILD MORE!" It's definitely astroturfing, but people fall for it.
