Crazy times we live in. I remember chickenpox and measles "parties" from back in the day so moms only dealt with that mess once with all their kids. I never remember anybody dying at all, but some concern about boys balls dropping, whatever that means.

What is success, though? Life is short, then you die, and you can't take it with you. I'm good with hard work, helping others, and knowing I've done what I can to build community.

Do you have source for the monetary breakdown of assistance after 9/11? This came up in a recent discussion with a friend, and we were trying to figure it out. I remember those days after very clearly, but everyone was kinda in shock so can't recall who helped in the aftermath...

Thanks...I get that. My parents do fervently reminisce the 1950s-early 1960s good times/bounty. Sadly, the 2008-2016 time period was the worst of the worst for me personally...housing/market crash, laid off, crazy high gas $, putting groceries on credit cards, subsequent divorce...
