Someone with slow internet speeds, someone applying at their local library, or worse on their work computer because of the time the app opened wouldnāt stand a chance.

11 minutes. Iām not āthatā disabled or āthatā low income, I have moderate internet speed etc. and I couldnāt submit. In 11 minutes.

Iām very pro equity. I work in it. I fight for it. I also need it. To me, this process feels the opposite of equitable. I was fully prepared, had everything at the ready, took an entire 11 minutes to get their flooded website to work and by then the application was closed.
