Did you know there’s a whole spectrum of stuff in between “spend all weekend cleaning your house” and “don’t do anything at all because it’s so overwhelming”? Wipe down one counter. Put away half a load of laundry. Vacuum one room. You can do a little bit, and it helps! And then you can stop!

Honestly still reeling from the news about #SycamoreGap! One of these is from a few months ago, one from the day I interviewed for my PhD. The night was clear so we jumped in the car and drove up. Had to scramble through boggy, icy fields but it was worth it 🙌🏻
