I saw Doug and Lucy present at ResearchEd Cornwall and it was one of the best talks I’ve attended in years. Really smart thinking about implementation and change management. Absolutely steeped in the practicalities of real schools. Strong recommend.

This week… Ofsted! Team Penrice shared what an exceptional school we are. I will never forget the privilege of listening to the feedback from the inspection team. Truly the proudest moment of my career. Can’t wait to share the report. A fair, open, honest and challenging process.
