From what I've read about what was planned, it seems to me that there wasn't supposed to be any resolution yet, just a scene with Susan lurking mysteriously in the background.
(I missed most of the dialogue in Jodie's scene because I was too busy yelling "stay! staaaaay!!" at the screen 😭)

Oh, I thought it was inspired how it was just 5 minutes of Ncuti, Jodie and Billie being excellent to each other and no attempt at any other plot whatsoever. Brilliant.
