I used to try to bike to school and the store and it was legit 30 minutes on a highway to even get to the nearest gas station, and 2 hours to get to class

as ive experienced it, this dilemma ALWAYS requires a self analysis of one's beliefs and the origin of them, aswell as a potential harm assessment for both options, generally most people lean towards utilitarianism, so withholding exceptional circumstances, doing the least harm should have priority

yeah, this was exclusively in terms of recreational drug usage, if we're talking primarily medical substances there are obviously far worse drugs
ive used weed to mitigate the nausea, sleeplessness, and aches of opiate withdrawal before and it worked okay, it's very person-to-person
