Experimenting with air muscles made from some balloon animal balloons, cable mesh sleeves, tubing, and some 200ml syringes. Attaches to some replica resin arm bones to make them bend and straighten. One air muscle as the bicep. The other as the tricep.

Old video of Kali carenza and practicing flow. An exercise of feeling at ease in unscripted movement where everything is working together. Upper body doesn’t isolate from the lower. Left doesn’t isolate from the right. My goal here isn’t any particular technique, but to use my tools naturally.
