Oh, but only criminals! Except in this climate, speech can be a criminal act. Protest is a criminal act. Civil disobedience can be a criminal act. Criticising the actions of another nation can be a criminal act. And it's not like we don't know who Dutton deems 'acceptable' citizens and who isn't.

And ... if there is a flight from public schools, by upper/middle class parents they become degraded. Get involved in your local public school - great teachers. My husband established a garden,coached the footy team. I hosted trivia nights. Wonderful community connections. V.proud public here!

For some time, we have been locking up people in detention, defaming them without evidence as 'criminals' to justify their continued detention, and relying on their being stripped of identity and prejudice because of their skin colour as sufficient to convince the public.
