Having a toddler is a great chance to practice switching pronouns. Pink and red bunny stuffy, last week was a boy, this week is a girl. And Little Bit gets VERY upset if you use the wrong pronouns for bunny. #momlife #pronounsareimportant

Little Bit helped me with the decorations this morning on the king cake! She doesn’t really know how shakers work and mostly just dumped. I asked her what she wanted for breakfast and she just coyly looked at the cake, and I had to break the news that that wasn’t breakfast but to share with family!

A new cooking conversation for today that I didn’t think I would need. 1 fluffy Italian loaf from the grocery store ($0.99 on sale) = approximately 3/4 a quart jar of bread crumbs. We ended up with a spare loaf, cut it in half to let it stale for 24 hours, then pulsed in the food processor.

My 3 1/2 year old niece was asking about dressmaking, so I brought stash fabric over to let her design her own! She had 3 choices of skirt, and 6 sleeve choices. She went with a Frozen 2 fabric with circle skirt and flutter sleeves. #sewingsky #designedbya3yearold #fabricstashproject
