They were not deported. They were kidnapped and then human trafficked. Human trafficking is the act of recruiting, transporting, transferring, harboring, or receiving individuals through force, fraud, or coercion for the purpose of profit or exploitation. It is a serious violation of human rights.

A President willfully ignoring a court order presents a textbook constitutional crisis. It signifies an open break in the separation of powers – the executive nullifying the judiciary’s authority. In such a scenario, the ultimate check is political: impeachment. Defying a court to would qualify.
