Well I did this and now I can see through time

You have no cards

If you're just getting to know Sen. Joni Ernst, you might want to read this @propublica.org piece from March:

"If the proposal is enacted, Americans today and tomorrow will be sicker, poorer, and die younger” an $18 Billion cut Only 3 NIH Institutes will remain in place, and even they will have their funds markedly reduced www.statnews.com/2025/05/30/n...

These people were following the law and went to check in with immigration like they are supposed to. This woman's immigration case was dismissed, which made her immediately undocumented. So ICE took her into custody. The air conditioning was off in the back of the truck. "I can't breathe."

This sociopath is doing this from a cemetery, all part of a huge joke about how Republicans are going to throw millions of people off of Medicaid as part of a fake austerity effort to still explode the deficit anyway through corrupt spending because they will not tax billionaires.

Department of Homeland Security officers invading a congressman's offices and arresting a staffer who tried to stop them is very, very bad. gothamist.com/news/homelan...

Parents of young kids in the “berry budget” age range, weigh in: how long would $10 for fruits and vegetables last you? $10 is the *monthly* amount the Trump administration just proposed for toddlers & preschoolers on WIC—a 62% cut.

Trump on Joe Biden, who recently announced a cancer diagnosis: "If you feel sorry for him, don't feel so sorry, because he's vicious ... I really don't feel sorry for him."

At a sometime raucous town hall meeting Friday morning, U.S. Sen. Joni Ernst faced vocal opposition on her support for spending cuts to programs such as Medicaid and SNAP, Robin Opsahl reports. iowacapitaldispatch.com/2025/05/30/w...

The notion that private institutions need to toe the party line is so fundamentally un-American it is almost unbelievable

BREAKING: Scott Pelley just risked everything to make one thing clear: The attack on free speech isn’t coming—it’s already here. Journalists are being silenced, critics are being punished, and most of the media’s playing dead. This is state-sponsored suppression. This is dictatorship in real time.

Based Bill Burr giving the most based take

it's pretty damning when it's all laid out like this www.usatoday.com/story/opinio...

Poor people are going to die.👇

You can tell it's a Republican bill because if it was a Democratic bill the headline would highlight the $3.8 capital-T Trillion it is adding to the federal deficit in the most breathless terms imaginable, and the entire article would be devoted to wondering how it would ever be paid for.
