Taking some time before next week’s announcements to clean up a few things in Play: The video details view now has dedicated tabs for each section. It’s now easier to switch between attributes, chapters, transcript, recommendations, and actions.

I was having this issue where the Mail app showed an incorrect badge, but I hadn’t stop to look into it. It turns out there’s a new setting under Notifications → Mail → Customize Notifications to only counts unread messages marked as “Primary”

The latest Play update introduces Transcripts! Play now offers interactive transcripts that allow us to navigate the video by tapping any phrase. Transcripts are also searchable, making it easy to find and jump to specific sections of the video. Check it out here: apps.apple.com/us/app/id159...

I finally found a way to open a window in full screen on macOS. In the next update, Play will be able to do this, making it even easier to watch videos in the queue!

There’s a $2.99 app in the App Store right now “My Classic - Retro Console” that’s hiding its true feature: an iPod Classic emulator that utilizes your Apple Music library. It works amazingly well and if you want it, get it before Apple pulls it (they will).
