Das ist mir bekannt. Hornissen sind Wespen. Nur halt die größte Sorte davon. Allerdings geht's ja nicht darum, dass hier jemand Angst vor Wespen hat. Die Schwebfliege ist einfach chilliger und hinterlässt nicht einen Friedhof von Wespenteilen, wie die Hornissen.

Ja, ich habe mit ihnen auch kein Problem. Als mein Sohn 8 Wochen alt war, wurde er von einer gestochen, und da war mal kurz heftig Alarm😬 Mittlerweile sind wir cool. Allerdings sind die Hornissen im Garten echte Killer. Die hinterlassen ein Schlachtfeld unter den Wespen. Fliegen sind da entspannter.

At least everywhere where the majority of society is white and cis-heteronormative. Nevertheless, from a distance, it seems to me that the US is almost unlivable for marginalised people at this point in time. And maybe there are at least safer countries. I wish it were easy to move for everyone 😔

Does anyone know this feeling from activism and political work? Why am I not excited and happy, that it didn't came out way worse? I knew that it was only one of many steps towards the goals we as sex worker (organisations) in Germany work. It could be so much worse, but also so much better. 🤔

It is by no means over now. We still have a lot of fighting and work to do. But at the moment I feel somehow very empty. Although it has turned out better than expected. Although it gives me hope that we can really make a difference. That we are on a good path to equality someday, maybe?
