His GOP enablers will only care when they lose their asses in the mid terms. Then it will be a crisis for them.

Good for you! I started running for similar reasons in 2009. That outlet is probably what has kept me from blowing a gasket in the last 5+ years. Nothing like a good sweat to purge negative emotions.

There is no bottom. Saying that there could be a bottom with these people is nothing more than a challenge for them to do or say something worse.

Astonished that they’re reportedly telling lies in public when the truth would make more sense. Performative derping at every conceivable point.

Or not. Some people revel in being obliviously insane.

I guess Alito & Thomas will continue to assume that this POTUS is acting in good faith until the leopard eats their faces.

I guess that we had a few decades of “normal” partisan shenanigans and foolishness after Nixon, so maybe?

There’s no clear evidence for who did this. Website vandalism is, unfortunately, a thing. Whoever did this is disgusting.

On 15 March, the original URL was changed (by someone) to redirect to a new address which adds the letters “DEI” to the link, leading to a “Page not Found” error:

The change can be seen by a review of the page history provided by the Web Archive website. I am providing links and screenshots for your independent confirmation.

On 15 March, the entry for one MoH recipient was changed by someone in a disturbing and incredibly offensive way.

Per Web Archive, as of 5 March, the DoD News story for MoH recipient Major General Charles Calvin Rogers was active and lead to a story shown in the first screenshot below:

A list of MoH recipients is maintained in multiple places. Defense News, an official website of the DoD, has a Medal of Honor Monday series.

MoH recipients are uniquely and universally respected individuals and deserve the utmost respect and recognition. There literally is no higher honor.

This is one of the few instances where a living member of the military will receive salutes from members of a higher rank.
comment in response to
post
Although not required by law or military regulation, service members are encouraged to render salutes to recipients of the Medal of Honor as a matter of respect and courtesy, regardless of rank or status, whether they are, or are not, in uniform.

Because I’m sarcastic and prone to do things that amuse no one but me, I made a point of including that episode in my “5 things you did last week” email that the DOGE clowns are making all federal employees do.
No, I’m not kidding.

I contacted them and arranged to return it. Interestingly enough, it turns out that the owner is a special assistant to the Chief of Staff for the Treasury Department. They were quite very appreciative and unaware that they had lost it before I emailed them.

Because I’m a nice person (most of the time), I picked it up and then used various means (LinkedIn, Google, etc.) to find the email address of the card holder.

I understand that they have to keep writing about … something and that the prevailing wind is in the direction of MAGA, so they gotta generate clicks somehow. I give it 24 more hours before we’re screeching about the next crisis of conscience.

Why promote, even to mock, the Qultists? It isn’t worth it. They’re lost, they don’t care and honestly it isn’t even amusing anymore.
