#Endometriosis affects nearly 2 million Canadians, yet it’s still dismissed, misdiagnosed, and underfunded. Journalists, your coverage can change that. Shine a light on the reality of this disease — patients can’t wait! #NSPoli #CDNPoli

Tonight, the NS Legislature shines in yellow for Endometriosis Awareness Month. A heartfelt thank you to Lisa Lachance and team for making this happen! #NSPoli #Endometriosis

Sunday is your reminder that a new week brings new opportunities.

On #IWD2025, let’s talk about healthcare inequality. Endometriosis affects 1 in 10 & can grow on the bowel, bladder, diaphragm, lungs & more—yet people wait years for diagnosis. In NS, the IWK clinic has 18+ month wait. We need better access & real change! #NSPoli

As a proud Canadian-owned and operated company, we want to do our part to support Canadians. As a family we have decided to absorb all immediate increases in our costs due to the Trump-tariffs for the rest of the year to maintain our prices. We will continue to reinforce our Canadian-first policies.

March is Endometriosis Awareness Month — a reminder that many still struggle to access proper care. In September, I surpassed my goal by raising $1,255 for IWK’s Endometriosis & Chronic Pelvic Pain Clinic, but support is still needed. Every donation helps. Donate: tinyurl.com/yntx7sx3

Looking for 1 ticket for Winter Warmers tomorrow!

My story was featured on CBC National by @kmk43.bsky.social in 2023, shedding light on the urgent need for better #endometriosis care in Canada. 1 in 10 are suffering, and wait times are unbearable. We need change! #NSPoli #CDNPoli www.youtube.com/watch?v=cK0E...

March is Endometriosis Awareness Month — a time to shed light on a disease that affects many Canadians. Endometriosis can impact multiple organ systems, disrupt daily life, and often takes years to diagnose. Journalists, let’s talk about the urgent need for better care.

Two years ago, I was diagnosed with endometriosis through surgery. It took 16 years to get answers. Endometriosis is a chronic disease that affects at least 1 in 10 people with uteruses, yet so many still struggle to be heard. We need better care, faster diagnoses, and real change.

For anybody looking to support Canadian literature, my friend @clairecameron.bsky.social has a book coming out later this month (they do visit NS in the summer) Bookmark in Halifax currently has it on order: halifax.bookmarkreads.ca/item/wkyfEt5...

March is Endometriosis Awareness Month! I raised $1,255 for the IWK’s Endometriosis & Pelvic Pain Clinic in September—far beyond my goal. Every dollar helps improve care. My donation page is still open if you’d like to give! Donate: tinyurl.com/yntx7sx3

A simple act of kindness can make all the difference.

March is #EndometriosisAwarenessMonth. 1 in 10 people with a uterus suffer from this disease, yet too many wait years for a diagnosis & care. Journalists, let’s talk about the gaps in our healthcare system—who’s ready to cover this?

In a world that feels increasingly divided, kindness is a small act with a big impact.

Over 4,000 blood donation appointments have been cancelled due to winter storms, and the demand for donors is higher than ever. If you can, please donate and help save lives!

Next month is Endometriosis Awareness Month. 1 in 10 people with uteruses are affected. Write to your MLA, Premier, and Health Minister—demand better care, shorter wait times, and more research.

Thanks @claudiachenderns.bsky.social for bringing up the need for better healthcare for women and gender-diverse people in Nova Scotia during today’s Question Period! #NSPoli
