I've now seen video of the Toronto #YYZ Delta crash, and while the root cause is unknown, we know what happened. Oddly, It wasn't a runway excursion; the plane had a VERY hard landing, collapsing landing gear & snapping wings off on touchdown. Possibly wind sheer? Can't overstate how rare this is

People have asked for my thoughts on the Delta crash in Toronto, where despite the airplane losing both wings and flipping over, thankfully there are no reported fatalities. Before any information is available, all I can say is normally airplanes are not supposed to flip over or lose their wings.

Recently removed Google chrome from my devices and as my default search engine. I use DuckDuckGo for my phone and Firefox for desktop (with DDG as my search engine). I was able to transfer all bookmarks easily on desktop. Firefox also had all my needed browser extensions.
