It’s here. Release day in Canada and US. We seemed to have Achieved Book. It never does get old. I feel an enduring sense of gratitude to readers around the world who have allowed me to continue doing this. It’s a gift I’ve been given, really. Hope you enjoy Written on the Dark, those who try it.

A heads-up on the eve. Tomorrow is pub day for Written on the Dark, Canada and US (Thursday in UK). Launch is here in Toronto at the Lillian H. Smith Library on College. The doors open at 6:15, they tell me. I will NOT sing Puccini, or Joni. Ignore that rumour. I’m very touched by early responses.

Paperweights now, but these discs had a huge impact on my life. FF11 was beautiful, flawed, brutally difficult and grindy, and exceptionally rewarding. The community was so closely knit through shared struggle, and I miss that aspect sometimes.
