My last week of K treatments had me watching "Father of the Bride" 1 and 2 and "Winnie the Pooh." Blood pressure only spiked because I was laughing at the movie. Now I am down to 1 treatment a month. Seem to be cutting down on pills, which is good.

3rd Ketamine treatment went to a dark place. Began thinking about Trump and politics. My heart rate and BP spiked so much, they came in to check on me. Going to bring in happy, peaceful DVDs to watch from now on. Maybe Winnie the Pooh. The spa music just isn't cutting it.

Ice melt can be expensive if you want pet and plant safe products. A 1:1 ratio of Epsom salt and sugar will do a decent job. It melts it slower than rock salt, but it's safer for your pups. You can buy Epsom salt and sugar in bulk, so I find it a cost-effective option. #DIY

It's our money! Say it with your Auntie Megz, y'all! If it weren't for SSDI and Medicare, my life would be so much harder. I didn't want to "retire" in my early 40's. None of us on SSDI did. Disabling diseases and conditions happen. We paid into the system for it to be there if we needed it.
