had a pretty great morning meeting a cousin I didn't know existed who lives 30 minutes away - he's in his 70's, is a music-loving pro-Palestine leftist, and talks about these things in a very Grampa Simpson-sorta way. I found out about him through Facebook, which we agreed was evil but useful.
