If Ukraine takes Kaliningrad it's going to be pretty easy to defend. Just saying. đ

At least Ukraine is in good company with the rest of the EU.
I kind of think this is a good thing..If they really can't imagine Ukraine, France or Germany having any agency of their own they're going to miss things and make mistakes.

Razing cities to the ground and murdering a huge number of innocent people might possibly also have something to do with the anti-Russian attitudes.
Kind of like a man beating his wife bloody every night and then blaming her friends for turning her against him when she's leaving.

I'd like to add at least the Nordics and the Czech Republic to the list of countries not seeing support as merely goodwill.

Welcome to Russian society, Solovyov. Strange to hear the professional liar complaining about lies.

Ever? That's a lot of TV...
On the top of my head probably some episode of Buffy. Stargate SG-1 had a few really unexpected and memorable endings.

Well. If it goes badly in November, Biden still has the opportunity to send a SEAL team to take care of Trump. An official presidential act.

History keeps repeating itself...
Sweden was the world's fourth strongest military power 70 years ago I believe? Guess about the same would be required for Ukraine. Would be better if Russia could just be thoroughly beaten. Also not sure bringing back Finlandization would work as "well" this time.

Interesting that Sweden has the highest support for sending actual troops....
What kind of pathetic excuses for human beings are we if we can't even keep up economic support while Ukrainians are dying on the battle field?

Doesn't matter if it is or not. Only whether it's the right thing to do at this point in time matters. The future will be what it will be. War should be avoided, but not at any costs. And whether we would like it or not, war is here.

So there's now an excellent chance for Russia to really hurt the enemy by making a surprise withdrawal from all occupied territories.

It's a bit of a mystery why not much appears to be happening regarding Gripen. Every politician of importance wants to send them. Voters are hugely supportive. Ukraine wants them. France recently sent Mirage. So why the standstill? Seems something is going on we are not aware of.
