To complete the previous information, here is the Saudi national anthem that should change. The lyrics of the current anthem were written by Ibrahim Khafajii and the music by Abdul al-Khatib. It was adopted as the national anthem in 1950.

I guess the video was made on the Pakistani Balochistan side and mostly in the hinterland. Possibly because of the musical orchestration and the proximity to the Guati genre. The latter is not identified on the Makran side.
