I think it will be 10-15 years of this shit unfortunately. I do not think the avg. person will learn until it ruins their life. The amount of apathy cooked into cis people's brains will not come away easily or quickly.

It makes them look weak to back down sure, but because they now have nearly full executive control everything they want to do is only a few years of pushing away.
Their apparent weakness makes the liberals underestimate them. Which allows apathy, ("nothing ever happens", etc.) until it is too late.

When the administration backs down from bullying an institution like Harvard. They are just trying to make more things 'happen'. The more they can flood headlines with, the harder it is for the average person to understand what is happening.
