I hate to be THAT guy but if you microwave the water until it's really boiling, then wait 20 seconds after it's stopped before you add the bag, it's the same. Having said that, I've never actually done this because I'm British god dammit.

They had a way of saying things it wasn't OK for hetero young men to say back then, they were brutally honest and open about their feelings in a way I would have been ashamed to be. I guess if you came out as gay back then everything else seemed easy. Used to love erasure.

Because there is a lot there and it's very valuable? But I agree the idea of mining the moon for He-3 to fuel fusion on Earth is a bit silly.
