Richard Simmons was a fitness guru who promoted exercise, healthy eating & active lifestyle. Died at age 76 of heart disease. Keith Richards plays guitar, took every kind of drug known, drinks heavily, never exercised once in his life, at 82 still rocking with The Rolling Stones. Lesson learned.
