"Will then be seen as" implies that is not already the case. The fact that the military along with everybody else is being purged as we speak says that ship has sailed forever.

I'm not sure why the damage to the military at least would take generations to undo. Can't the next sane president and sec def just replace the unqualified loyalists with qualified neutrals just as easily? The damage to alliances and world order, sure...

Dan this is the best comic going right now and prob in years. But on CK clicking a Sunday strip (desktop) makes it SMALLER than normal view. This is different than dailies and other comics' Sundays, which expand to fill whole width of screen. We need max size to admire!

It's a mistake to make any predictions dependent on the rationality or intellectual honesty of Republicans and their base. They demonstrate over and over they can take *simultaneous* positions that contradict one another, with no apparent cognitive dissonance; nevermind successive flip-flops.

I don't think many of us are worried that "inexperience" will be the cause of problems with the reports.

I give it another day or two before they encrypt the whole system i.e. republican sanctioned ransomware of the entire national Treasury.

It's already been too long. I think he is scared of Elon.

I definitely would not suggest that he actually thinks any of this is "fraud", as though he is operating in good faith and has a general interest in improving things.

Just last month bought a great-looking set of these from Penguin from Amazon UK, I always wanted to replace my random hodge-podge editions I've had since the 70s and 80s

You forgot that his grandparents were literally members of the Nazi party.

I would think the fact that "DOJ social media accounts" posted links to the news articles should make it not impossible to figure out.

They've already moved on. "Nothingburger, if it were anything he would have been charged by Biden's weaponized DOJ"

It peaks with the second season, which is pretty perfect. The third focuses way too much on Asriel with silly non-book material. The series ends very strong though (as the books do).

The investigation was underway on day one regardless. What would have been different if it was under a special counsel?

I feel like I'm crazy. Aren't primary sources the actual people inside who talked to the reporters, or the documents being referred to?

I thought prohibition on prosecution of a sitting president was a DOJ policy, not something from the Constitution?

I was flabbergasted at work when a co-worker would not even concede that Trump is a criminal. He gave a condescending chuckle and said "Why, because the DOJ twisted things to prosecute him for not checking the right box on an NDA?" ... I *may* have lost my cool at that point.

I also eagerly await Missouri's suit against X for censoring links to the JD Vance oppo dossier.

So in other words Congressional hearings are needed to drag Musk in to answer under oath for this "election interference"?

I think he is voting "for" her, as in he is casting his vote from a desire to make a better world for her. Not a "Both candidates are awful" cartoon.
